Valerie Pharr is a seasoned notary public, certified loan signing agent, apostille facilitator, and productivity expert based in Bend, Oregon. She is the founder and principal of Jiffy Mobile Notary and Apostille Nation, trusted resources for professional notary services, loan signing support, and international document legalization across the United States and around the world.

Valerie brings more than a decade of specialized experience to her work. Since launching her business in 2016, she has completed thousands of notarizations and signings — from complex loan closings and estate documents to I-9 verifications, apostille facilitation, and remote online notarizations. Her clients include title companies, lenders, attorneys, brokers, and individuals who value reliability, accuracy, and clear communication.

Before becoming a full-time notary and signing agent, Valerie spent three years as a professional organizer and productivity specialist, including membership in the National Association of Productivity and Organization. During that time she focused on workflow optimization, paperwork systems, and practical strategies for reducing stress in documentation processes. Her deep understanding of organization and systems thinking now informs every aspect of her notary and signing practice — helping her incorporate clarity, efficiency, and error-proof methods into even the most complex document transactions.

Valerie’s approach blends efficiency with empathy. She understands that behind every document are real people and significant life moments — from home purchases and refinancing to overseas travel, adoption, legal arrangements, and business expansions. She believes in proactive communication, thorough preparation, and delivering services that remove anxiety and confusion for her clients.

Valerie holds multiple industry certifications and annually recertifies with the National Notary Association for notary essentials and loan signing best practices. She is certified through Loan Signing Systems (LLS), Remote Online Notarization (RON), IPEN, and apostille facilitation training.

Beyond business, Valerie engages in community leadership and lifelong learning. She finds joy in helping clients navigate the intricacies of paperwork — and continually seeks better ways to improve service, processes, and professionalism.

Valerie’s deep roots in the Pacific Northwest, having worked for over 25 years alongside architects, engineers, and urban planners in Seattle, Tacoma, and Portland, were instrumental in her transition to entrepreneurship. Relocating to Bend, Oregon, in 2014 allowed her to discover her true passion, leading to the birth of our thriving business.

Our commitment to community service extends beyond our notarization offerings. Valerie has revitalized neighborhood associations, served on the Neighborhood Leadership Alliance, and engaged in church initiatives as a vestry member at Trinity Episcopal Church. Outside of work, we treasure family time through outdoor adventures such as traveling, camping, hiking, and RVing, as well as indulging in cooking, reading, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
