Valerie Pharr, founder and manager of Jiffy Mobile Notary, relocated to Bend, Oregon, to embrace the lifestyle Central Oregon offers. With a master’s degree in Communication and Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University, Valerie has extensive experience managing lengthy technical documents, thanks to over 25 years of working with architects and engineers in the Pacific Northwest.
Alongside her husband Keith, who assists on a volunteer basis, Valerie has built Jiffy Mobile Notary into a reputable service since its inception in 2016. Keith, a retired electrical engineer with an MBA, plays a key role in logistics, running important documents to FedEx and assisting with tax preparation in his spare time.
Valerie’s commitment to detail and exceptional client experiences has led her to complete thousands of notarizations and loan closings. She keeps abreast of industry trends and continues to enhance her skills through lifelong learning, proudly serving clients throughout Central Oregon.
Outside of work, Valerie is active in her community, having revitalized neighborhood associations and serving on the vestry at Trinity Episcopal Church. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor adventures, cooking, reading, and advocating for causes she believes in.
